Lattice, the Innovative Intracranial Flow Diverter, Is Approved for Marketing by NMPA!

Recently, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has approved the registration of the innovative product Intracranial Flow Re-Direction System produced by AccuMedical (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Lattice is an innovative flow diverter with mechanical balloon delivery system, which actively assists the opening of the stent from inside. The implant is made of cobalt-chromium alloy, which provides sufficient radial force and excellent wall apposition with the expansion of the mechanical balloon. Both the implant and mechanical balloons are treated with surface modification named MIROR (Metal Interface Reassembly for Optimizing Restenosis) technology, in order to reduce thrombogenicity and promote endothelialization.

Lattice is intended for use in adult patients with wide-neck (aneurysm neck width ≥ 4mm or aneurysm/body ratio < 2) non-ruptured intracranial aneurysms in the internal carotid artery (petrous to terminal) and vertebral artery, with vessel diameters ≥ 2.0mm and ≤ 5.6mm.

Approved for marketing, Lattice will offer a theraupeutic treatment option for the physicians and patients.
