(Sr.) R&D Engineer

1.Taking in charge of the development of products, drafting documents for product design and implementing verification according to requests. 2.Managing the design transfer, drafting technical process documents and supervising the usage of production process documents and laboratory test on sample. 3.Participating into normal production process, including without limitation, verification, confirmation, testing, etc. 4.Taking in charge of design and maintenance of auxiliary devices and fixtures, continuous improvement of production processes, optimizing production process documents. 5.Learning and transferring the latest regulations. 6. Implementing the assigned work by manager.

1.Bachelor degree or above. Major in science or engineering, machinery, metal processing, materials, and polymers is preferred. 2.Proficient in English (oral and written), MS Office, Project, AutoCAD, SolidWork, etc. 3.3+ years R&D working experience on medical devices (implantation or sterile medical device), familiar with regulations, experienced in audit, medical device development and product design. 4.Strategic thinking and good communication skills, prudent risk taking, collaboration and teaming, able to work under pressure.
